Winkhaus aluPilot is the efficient fitting system for aluminium windows. Whether large and heavy formats, puristic design without visible fitting parts or standard windows with striking colours – aluPilot has the right solution for virtually any requirement.

Convenient operation

The system can be used as a turn, turn-tilt, tilt, double-sash and tilt-before-turn fitting for profiles with an aluminium Eurogroove. Certified in accordance with QM 328, the fitting is suitable for window elements up to resistance class RC3. Practical accessories – such as locking force optimiser or turn limiter – make operation even more convenient for the user and increase the longevity of the windows.

Easy installation

In addition to versatility, the system provides impressively high efficiency: The pre-assembled elements are directly inserted frontally into the fitting groove from outside using a handy assembly lever. This saves up to ten minutes per window in production.

Aluminium windows often give public or commercial buildings a characteristic look. Every building has its own individual requirements. Upon request, Winkhaus assists designers and window professionals in the task and develops its own solutions for the individual project if required.
