Vocational training at Winkhaus

At Winkhaus, we place great importance on good and sound training. We look forward to new faces every year that actively shape our corporate processes. We welcomed seven new technical apprentices this year. Three of them are training to be industrial mechanics, two as tool mechanics and two as machine and system operators. The apprenticeship for industrial and tool mechanics lasts three and a half years, and can be shortened by half a year with good performance. Machine and system operators can finish after just two years. Our new talent has excellent prospects for the future. We attach great importance to high training quality, because this is how we secure our future on the long term.
